"Boy, try la masuk utp. utp bez giler.ada internet, ada orang share2 movie. kalo orang nak bagi akak stay lama2 kat utp pun akak x kesah."
A quote from my sister 3 years ago.
To tell u the truth, this is one of the many reasons why i pursued my study at utp. Got internet access, filesharing, mirc etc2...
So, let me list down what are the things that probably differentiate utp with other colleges and universities:
- internet access. we got LAN and wireless. how cool is that?
- Filesharing. We use DC++ to share and download movies, softwares (even porn) among the students. TV? Lame.
- chatting community. we have k5, mirc, forums etc2 so that students can flirt around
Sounds cool? NOT REALLY. here's why:
- what's the use of internet if it's very SLOW??? I mean, 10 seconds to load google page??WTF?? wifi? even worse. NO signal, NO connectivity, NO NOTHING!
- forget the internet. i still can live with DC++. But since ITMS(i describe them later) decided to ban it, i can't download any movies! So, all i can do in my room is just sit back and watch the same effing movie that i downloaded months ago. pffftt...
- chatting? what chat? ITMS also banned this one. now i can only chat with my roomate.zzzz
ITMS(Idiocracy Towards Man and Society) is a body that manages Utp's internet connection. So, they claimed that DC++ caused the internet to be slow. Eff that. the internet still slow even after DC++ was shut down. Great. Making my life even worst.
After been bombed and curse and fingered by the students, finally ITMS came to their senses and improve their internet connection. they also removed the filter, which means i can stream youtube and redtube.
Credit to them for that, but still, is this gonna last long? Are they sure they're doing the right thing? DC may be seen as an entertainment purpose, but some students also share important notes and sources for our studies. And MPP, don't just do meetings and gain nothing. HELP US. Appreciate our votes for you.
So, do i regret studying in UTP after knowing that their facilities sucks? No, i still like this place, but not the same as before.
As i promise, this is the part 2 of my H1N1 holiday. Last Day at PD! Bulu (sekali lagi nama sebenar dirahsiakan), as promised brought me to Teluk Kemang. Since PD is famous for its beach, so it's a must to visit one of its popular beaches around. Well, since i didn't brought any swimming suit and i was kinda short of money back then, i just manage to walk around the beach and took some picture. Hmmm....maybe next time.
Don't know how to swim? you'll need one of these
Jet Ski for rent! This shop sells all kinds of things like kite and clothes
Finish with Operation "skodeng", we headed to our next destination, Muzium Tentera Darat Port Dickson. According to another trustwhorty source (Bulu la, who else?) this is the biggest military museum in South East Asia. Yeah, really big. If you want to know about our military history since Hang Tuah's Era, you can definitely find it here.
Finally, finish rounding PD! Sadly i have to went back to KL to stay there for one week. Nevertheless, it has been great during my visit to PD. If you guys like beaches (and bitches.haha joke) but you don't have all the money to went to Hawaii, Port Dickson is the solution. It's cheap and the beaches are not bad at all.
PS: Thanks to Bulu (ok la. nama sebenar hafiz. haha) and family for providing free bed and free food for me. Terima kasih bebanyak la ye :)
Wait! Stay Tuned.... Part 3 is coming soon....
O yeahhhhh!!!!!! while people around the world busy covering their mouth (which, till a point where i can't even diffrentiate them with criminals and yakuzas) i was out from utp for good, for 1 week. o yeah....who doesn't like free holiday? :)
So, after taking 15 minutes to pack all my things (i just throw everything into my closet) me and my beloved housemate bulu(nama sebenar dirahsiakan atas sebab tertentu) went to a drove from UTP to Port Dickson. So why Port Dickson? Simple. Bulu lives there, and i'm going to stay at his home, for free. Who doesn't like free things? :)
So, going to Port Dickson isn't like going to kl or so i thought. We start our journey at 5 pm and arrived at 11 pm. Err.... are you serious? 6 hours? yeah kinda tiring, but a little bit relieving after we arrived to our destination (after seeing a car doing a 900 degree spinned and bounce back in front of us after hitting the road divider like a pinball, of course we felt relieved!)
After a good nite sleep, Bulu kept his promised to bring me 'jalan-jalan cari perempuan' to Port Dickson. At first we were supposed to went to Teluk Kemang, but end up at a Bike Fest. So, why Bike Fest? Well, let me derive this equation to you:
Wait, FUTSAL COURT?
"So here you are telling us that you went to PD just to play futsal there? Are you kidding me?"
F*** off dude. I'll do what i want, anywhere, anytime. haha actually Bulu brought me to play with his friends. Boleh la, tak la hebat mana pun.oooppsss sori bulu. Gurau jeeee :P
Well, that's the Part 1 of my H1N1 holiday. Part 2 is coming sooooooonnnnn.....
It's my uni's turn! After several universities around Malaysia was closed down, finally UTP have to admit defeats to H1N1 . UTP released notice of evacuation to all students this morning stating that all student must leave the campus after 3.00 pm.
WTF? You give us a short notice and ask us to leave within 4 hours?
Leaving without preparing was a pain in the arse. We have to pack, buy bus and train tickets and hope they don't sold out. People with cars will have no problem. In fact, semenanjung people would not have problems to go back to their home.
But what about people who live far far away? Like me?? (owh i'm sarawakian.hehe)
Do you know how hard it is for us? first we have to buy bus tickets. then we have to buy plane tickets, IF you're a rich kid.
But poor people like me can't just buy plane tickets like that. I'm a student for God sake not a rich businessman!
So, where should we go? what if we don't have a place to stay here? Sleep at the side of the road la jawabnyer....
Luckily i have a sister at KL. hehe... :)
But what i'm trying to say is, we should have been warned earlier so that we can prepared all this kind of things. please la...u just show us the bad side of UTP. Not that i'm degrading my U, I love UTP, and proud to be a utpian. o yeahhh!!!!
Till then, happy holiday utpian! don't forget to wear your mask :)
PS: This is an xtremely late post. I'm already back at utp :(
Today, just like other day, i sat in front of my laptop and surf the net. The first page that i opened is obviously my facebook! ya ya ya...the most popular site. Who doesn't have facebook nowadays? Last time we all crazy about friendster and myspace, but now it's facebook era! Social networking seems to be like the most important thing in our life nowadays.
It is sooooo important to a point where people are willing to do stuff like this:

3rd: I hope this is just a stupid prank
So, what do you think guys? Should I reply this guy? Though I'm desperately need money right now. :P

Megan Fox is fake? Did you guys honestly think that she is sexy? watch this video :)
No guys...she's not fake. Her lingering figure is a real thing. Lucky! This is just a joke for the movie Transformer 2. Actually at first i was kinda shock when i saw this video. the thought that "owh, she's fake!" and "wtf? So Megan Fox is not really sexy in Transformers??" just popped out in my mind. But later i read all the comments about this video and finally i realized THIS VIDEO IS JUST A F***ED UP JOKE.
So the moral of the story is READ COMMENTS BEFORE U WATCH THE WHOLE VIDEO!
Well, at least we know she's not a fake. Aren't you relieved to heard that? At least i did. :)
PS: Search this on google: Megan Fox is a man and you will see a familiar website. :)
Yup...waiting is torturing. It's torturing to wait for your late friend. It's torturing to wait for holiday to finish up so you can meet your girlfriend (yes very torturing). Every seconds feels like every minute, every minutes feels like every hour, every hour feels like every days, etc2...
Ok BORING intro....
Actually i am waiting for my exam results. Supposedly my love-hate UTP decide to release our results tomorrow at 12 noon. What a great timing to show us the results...Saturday. Now, the day that i'm suppose to enjoy becomes a day that i'm not gonna be able to enjoy...maybe.
But whatdaheck, please pray for me guys that my results will be good. :)
woooooo~ spooky. I don't know whether it's fake or not, well, i don't really care actually. Just watch the video.
FOR MAXIMUM SPOOKYNESS, WATCH THIS IN FULL SCREEN AND TURN OFF THE LIGHT.
Jangan Biarkan Hidup Anda Diselubungi Misteri.....
ok dat's lame...
The 1st Affair
A married man was having an affair with his secretary..
One day they went to her place and made love all afternoon.
Exhausted, they fell asleep and woke up at 8 PM.
The man hurriedly dressed and told his lover to take his shoes
outside and rub them in the grass and dirt. He put on his shoes and drove home.
'Where have you been?' his wife demanded.
'I can't lie to you,' he replied,
'I'm having an affair with my secretary. We had sex all afternoon.
She looked down at his shoes and said:
'You lying bastard!
You've been playing golf!'
The 2nd Affair
A middle-aged couple had two beautiful daughters but always talked about having a son.
They decided to try one last time for the son they always wanted.
The wife got pregnant and delivered a healthy baby boy.
The joyful father rushed to the nursery to see his new son.
He was horrified at the ugliest child he had ever seen.
He told his wife: 'There's no way I can be the father of this baby.
The wife smiled s weetly and replied: 'No, not this time!'
The 3rd Affair
A mortician was working late one night.
He examined the body of Mr. Schwartz, about to be cremated,
'I'm sorry Mr. Schwartz,' the mortician commented, 'I can't allow you to be cremated
So, he removed it, stuffed it into his briefcase, and took it home.
'I have something to show you won't believe,' he said to his wife, opening his briefcase.
'My God!' the wife exclaimed,
The 4th Affair
A woman was in bed with her lover when she heard her husband opening the front door.
'Hurry,' she said, 'stand in the corner.'
She rubbed baby oil all over him, then dusted him with talcum powder.
'Don't move until I tell you,' she said. 'Pretend you're a statue.'
'What's this?' the husband inquired as he entered the room.
'Oh it's a statue,' she replied. 'The Smiths bought one and I liked it so I got one for us, too.'
No more was said, not even when they went to bed.
Around 2 AM the husband got up, went to the kitchen and returned with a sandwich and a beer.
'Here,' he said to the statue, have this. I stood like that for two days at the Smiths and nobody offered me a damned thing.'
The 5th Affair
A man walked into a cafe, went to the bar and ordered a beer.
'Certainly, Sir, that'll be one cent.'
'One Cent?' the man exclaimed.
He glanced at the menu and asked: 'How much for a nice juicy steak and a bottle of wine?'
'A nickel,' the barman replied.
'A nickel?' exclaimed the man.
The bartender replied:
The man asked: 'What's he doing upstairs with your wife?'
The bartender replied:
The 6th Affair
Jake was dying. His wife sat at the bedside.
He looked up and said weakly: 'I have something I must confess.'
'There's no need to, 'his wife replied.
'No,' he insisted, 'I want to die in peace. I slept with your sister, your best friend, her best20friend, and your mother!'
'I know,' she replied.
Hey guys. It's my 1st controversial entry. I bet many people may flame me for this, but let me remind you, don't be fool by the title. Ok enough explanation. Just watch the video and you'll understand. :)
Funny isn't it? But the video has a deep message to all of us. In 10 years to come, maybe our children will be exposed with sex in their early age due to video games. And when that happens, like the video told us, do we blame on the previous generation?hmmm....drop a comment plz....
I got this information first while i was listening to some local English radio (I think it was fly.fm) and they were talking about jedi religion. Back then i wasn't interested of it but suddenly it popped out in my head recently so i was doing a research on it. So here's what i found on the net:
- Apparently Jedi religion did exist, and they have their own church (search it yourself on the net.like i said i'm not promoting them!) They called it "The Jedi Census Phenomenon". This phenomenon happens mostly in English-spoken countries such as New Zealand, Australia, England, Scotland etc.
- I don't know who was the prophet, but it seems that this religion was spread through e-mails and eventually they got bigger in numbers so they were asking the government to recognised their religion.
- This religion if i might said is quite established. Like i said, they have their own church, their own forum, and they do have their own doctrine. You can join it for free, but you have to pay if you want the certificates.
- About 1.5% of New Zealand people are Jedi, which is approximately 53,000 people. If Jedi would be counted as a legal religion in New Zealand, it would be the 2nd largest religion after Christian.
- England and Wales: 0.79% are Jedi, makes it the 4th biggest religion in England.
- Scotland: 0.227% or approximately 14,000 claim themselves Jedi.
- The 1st Jedi who became politician would be Jamie Reed. He declared himself as a Jedi during his maiden's speech in June 2005. But the statement was confirm by Reed's office as a joke and was not a serious statement of faith.
- The Jedi religion focus its believe in Force, an entity that binds together the universe. They believe in existance of a single unifying force, which most people would interpret them as God. There are 2 sides of force, dark side and the light side (hmmm....like Angels and Demons maybe?) and it's up to us to determine whether we do good or evil. To know it, just listen to the force and beware of the dark side.hmmmm....
- The Jedi religion also have their own marriage pledge. I'm not gonna write it. It's too long. :P
